Additional Useful Information

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping and Packaging is computed during checkout based on size and weight of your order and location for delivery. The print will be sent direct from the printer and will not be hand signed. Limited editions are only available for the first year after creation and will be listed separately. 

Please Allow 2-3 weeks for print delivery! Each canvas is custom ordered. (I have some very limited stock choices). If you have a time constraint and would like them delivered more quickly, please contact me when you order. I will work with my printer to accomodate your needs!

Print Quality

Our canvas giclée prints are the best in the industry. These are not the same as your major online mega-store prints. I personally did an extensive color proofing to make sure that the colors in the original painting are represented accurately. 


The giclée products are printed with inks that are tested to have 100+ years of life. These will not fade. 

Returns or exchanges

At DiagnosisART we strive to provide high-quality, on-demand printed art. Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products and services.


Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Quality Concerns: If the product is deemed to be of lesser quality than represented on our website, we encourage customers to contact us within [number] days of receipt for a resolution.

  2. Damaged During Shipping: In cases where a product is damaged upon arrival, please report the issue to us with photographic evidence within 10 days of receiving the item.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact Penny using the contact form or via email at Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach any relevant photos.

  • Our team will assess your claim and, if applicable, provide instructions for the return process.

Exceptions and Limitations:

  • As our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color choices. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing. We take pride in the accuracy of color and description of the prints that leave the prints. If for some reason you feel the product does not stand up to this standard, please do let us know and we will work to a suitable resolution. 

Additional Information:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or damage during shipping.

  • Returned items must be in their received condition and packaging if safe to use. We will advise after seeing photos of the situation.
